EDI Business Analyst | Polo Ralph Lauren | Greensboro, NC
Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation is a leader in the design, marketing and

Purpose and Scope:
Qualified candidate will support day to day EDI transactions for life
cycle of customer orders. In addition, candidate will provide EDI
support for trading partners and user communities, be responsible for
partner set-up and EDI testing. Will act as liaison between business
users and IS to solve technical issues as well as coordinate partner
and/or transaction implementation programs. Will work with
Specialty/Golf invoicing and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as coordinator and contact point between internal departments
and external partners.
- Participate in the systems implementation tams assigned to
integrate newly acquired business/divisions through support testing of
configurations.
- May be called upon to serve as project lead on small projects. This
includes demonstrating solid interpersonal and team skills as well as
overseeing the tasks associated with Polo Ralph Lauren methodology.
- Investigate and analyze data flow.
- Maintain documentation to ensure records are current for customers
and vendors.
- Respond to customer/vendor inquiries, monitor and resolve EDI
changes timely.
- Provide status reporting.
- Provide problem resolutions for various EDI specific error reports
to include, but is not limited to: Inbound 850, 860 and Outbound 855.
- Maintain EDI transaction tracking.
- Manage account set up - liaise with Global Customer Master team on
Account set up for new doors, DC's etc.; set up customers in test
environment along with customer specific department numbers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ year EDI experience, systems and spreadsheet analysis
background.
- Minimum 2+ years experience implementing EDI Trading Partners with
retail transaction sets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage small and mid-sized projects
concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to recognize inaccurate data or potential system
errors.
- Must exercise discretion with communication of information.
- College Degree preferred.
